be accommodated in the WEEC 2007 Congress program.

This abstract is submitted for inclusion in the selected WEEC 2007 sub-theme.

and the abstract (100 words) in the document. Please be concise and precise.

All abstracts should address the Congress Theme: Learning in a changing world .

PERMISSION: WEEC 2007 may wish to publish information about this abstract on its website as part of its publicity about the forthcoming Congress. Please indicate your agreement as Principal Author you agree on behalf of all authors, that WEEC 2007 can publish this abstract or information associated therewith on its website. (see also note 3 below).

1. All communication concerning papers, posters and workshops will be by email with the WEEC 2007 Scientific Committee Chair person and the Conference Secretariat, The Conference Company. Authors are asked to acknowledge immediately the receipt of all emails. The Chair and Secretariat will acknowledge receipt of all emails received within two working days. If no acknowledgement is received in that time, please resend the email.
2. Please supply current membership number for EEASA / WESSA if available.
3. WEEC 2007 has a policy of encouraging subsequent publication of congress papers in selected international journals. WEEC 2007 will actively solicit the support of other Journals for the publication of Congress Papers. WEEC 2007 will only support the subsequent publication of a paper as long as it has the agreement of all authors.
4. Full papers and poster / workshop summaries should be submitted by 30 March 2007 for inclusion on the Congress Proceedings CD.
