The Exhibition component of the event will provide an extensive showcase for all environmentally orientated companies and organisations to promote their services, products and technologies at the premier environmental event in Southern Africa.

Maximum exposure to exhibitors has been carefully planned and lunches and teas will be held in the Exhibition Hall.

The Exhibition will open on Tuesday, 3 July 2007 at 10h30 am.

There are 106 stands available, each measuring 3m x 3m .

Standard Stand includes the following:

• 3m x 3m Shell Scheme
• 1 x Fascia board with company or organisation name
• 1 x Plug point
• 1 x Light
• 1 x Trestle table and a chair
• 1 x Full delegate registration for the Congress (sessions/ meals / functions)
• The venue is fully carpeted.

Each individual stand is to be sold at R20 520.00 per stand (inclusive of 14% VAT).

Anchor Block Stand includes the following:

• Four 3m x 3m Shell Schemes
• 4 x Fascia boards with company or organisation name (one per stand)
• 4 x Plug points (one per stand)
• 4 x Lights (one per stand)
• 4 x Trestle table and chair (one per stand)
• 6 x Full delegate registrations for the Congress (sessions/ meals / functions)
• The venue is fully carpeted.

The Anchor Blocks will only be sold as units of 4 at R120 000.00 per block (inclusive of 14% VAT).
